Intermittent lack of eating provision in the hotel in the evening was difficult for us
Our breakfasts were served in the spectacular roof top cafeteria by the pool. Service was excellent. The building is stunning and reception and door staff and cleaning excellent, helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room large. Very good lift We were glad to have a kettle and fridge
Restaurant was closed and cafeteria not available on 2 out of 4 nights. Many room fitments were 'tired' and there were many warning notices. View was of busy crossroads over a building site.

Nice and cosy
Clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There are restaurants nearby
Refurnishment was doing even at 6 pm. Breakfast included/ not included. In the offer was included but in the confirmation email was not mentioned.

Spacious comfortable rooms, great location with easy walking around Mirraflores
Excellent location and really nice clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Reception staff were lovely and so helpful.
The room was right on the road so was quite noisy with street noise. Understandable but the windows were very thin. Breakfast was free but not that nice and the breakfast staff was a bit rude.
